Railroad Park

Boasting a mix of beautiful nature and a stunning view of the Birmingham skyline, Railroad Park is a popular and beautiful location for gorgeous photos.   Location:  1700 1st Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35233.

The Color Tunnel

The color tunnel is best to add pops of rainbow colors to those beautiful nighttime shots!  Location: 14th St S, Birmingham, AL 35203.

The Alabama Theatre

If you are looking for some old Birmingham history, head over to the Alabama Theatre.  The beautiful Alabama marque makes a beautiful backdrop!  Even more beautiful when you see the sign lit up a night! Location: 1817 3rd Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama 35203.

The Rotary Trail

A recent addition to Birmingham is The Rotary Trail.  The entrance of this city trial is marked by the “Magic City” sign.  One of the most photogenic signs in Birmingham – perfect for engagement photos or a quick selfie!  Location: 2098 1st Avenue South Birmingham, AL 35233.

The “It’s Nice to Have You in Birmingham” Mural

Showing off Birmingham’s Southern roots and hospitality is the the “It’s Nice to Have You in Birmingham” mural at John City’s Diner.  There are many murals in Birmingham but this one is the most famous of them all.  Location: 112 Richard Arrington Jr Blvd North Birmingham, AL 35203.

Sloss Furnace

 Birmingham’s famous Sloss Furnace is the perfect spot if you’re looking for for vintage urban scenery. Sloss is home to some of the most photogenic spots in Birmingham and it’s just an added bonus that it’s full of history (and maybe even a few ghost stories!).  Location: 20 32nd Street North Birmingham, Alabama 35222.

Vulcan

Birmingham’s most famous statue, Vulcan is the world’s largest cast iron statue and considered one of the most memorable works of civic art history in America . In addition to the beautiful statue, the overlook features a gorgeous view of the Birmingham skyline.  Two perfect backdrops for beautiful instagrammable photos!   Location: 1701 Valley View Drive, Birmingham, Alabama 35209.

The Club

One of the most breathtaking spots in Birmingham can be found at The Club that sits on top of the Magic City. Sunsets are absolutely breathtaking here and the sparkling lights of the city is so romantic. While The Club is a private social club, we think that everyone needs to take in this view at least once in their life! Location: 1 Robert S Smith Drive Birmingham, Alabama 35209.

The Colorful Vulcan Mural

If you want a colorful backdrop for your photos, the colorful Vulcan mural is the way to go!  With bright, bold colors and a nod to Birmingham’s famous Vulcan statue, this location always makes fun photos. Location: 19th Street North between Third and Fourth Avenues.

22nd Street Bridge

The Birmingham skyline is always a classic photo backdrop and one of the most popular locations for that is the 22nd Bridge! Location: Richard Arrington Jr Blvd and 22nd Street South.
